Join us on Thursday, 21 July as our partner Tucows welcomes our QTs through their doors for a great evening of networking and conversation. We will hear from Kristen Brummell, product manager at Wavelo, and how she used networking to make an audacious move in to a Product Management role at her current start up company.
Come with your questions, and be ready to meet and connect with your fellow QTs!
Kristen Brummell (she/her) started her career in Telecommunications Marketing before transitioning into the tech world. She now works at Wavelo as a Product Manager - where she collaborates with clients and engineers to co-develop the product roadmap, define product requirements, and advise on overall product vision.MEET TUCOWS
Tucows has been making the internet better since 1993. We are publicly traded on the TSX and NASDAQ and have been referred to as "The biggest Internet company you've probably never heard of."
As a company that wants to actively make the Internet a better more accessible place, we understand the value of having a team that’s representative of the diversity of people who use the open Internet to work, learn, connect and fulfill their passions.
Partnering with initiatives like QueerTech allows us to empower traditionally marginalized communities with opportunities and support. Allowing new talent the opportunity to claim their space and generate impact on a global scale.
