QueerTech's Newest Initiative!

QT Academy is QueerTech’s newest initiative aimed at equipping the queer community with the knowledge, confidence, and resources necessary to access, grow, and thrive within the tech industry.

The QT Academy will consist of cohort style programs focused on collaboration, peer learning, access to mentorship, and network building through facilitated courses.

We know that community is key and we hope that enabling QTs to learn and grow together will propel us forward in queering the tech ecosystem!

The first program introduced in the QT Academy initiative is the QT Access program, launching in February 2023!
