Calling all NON-PROFITS and COMMUNITY Organizations serving the LGBTQ2S+ populations!

We invite you to join us for our PrideHacks Non-Profit Information Session taking place on Thursday, June 17 at 4:00 pm Eastern. During this event we will walk through the application process, the types of technology problems we can support, and how the PrideHacks process works. 

What is PrideHacks?
PrideHacks is an annual event that brings together people from all over the Canadian tech ecosystem to design, build, and implement technology solutions for non-profit organizations that serve the LGBTQ2S+ community. Due to COVID-19, PrideHacks will be a virtual this year.

Why apply? 
PrideHacks teams can help you create a technology plan by assessing your needs and identifying what technology tools you need to successfully run your organization.

For those who are further along in identifying their tech needs, we can help you get trained or build simple solutions like a new/ redesign of a website, management of database/ data, implementation of digital services, or many other solutions.

Selection Criteria:
-Projects or non-profit must serve the LGBTQ2S+ community
-Must commit to a pre-event project assessment (1- hour call)
-Must have an internal project champion
-Must commit to attending the Hackathon on August 6th and 7th.
-Be able to promote PrideHacks to their community
-Open to non-profit organizations/collectives/groups and community members that have social good/impact projects that would benefit from tech assistance
